What Every Injured Athlete, Sports Trainer or Coach Ought to Know About The Emotion Code
You won’t find it in the medical journals, hear about it from your medical doctor, or even from your physical therapist — it’s too NEW and just gathering its own attention –, it’s called The Emotion Code and it can help significantly reduce and alleviate aches, chronic pain, and mental blocks due to injuries or traumatic events.
A few different ways I can help athletes include reducing chronic pain, improving mental health (specifically mood and temper), and by removing blocks to performance. I have found that most chronic pain and mental health concerns are due to trapped emotions from unprocessed negative emotional events. I can identify and remove these trapped emotions to help people heal and regain balance of their thought patterns and therefore performance.
Examples of ways I have helped specific athletes include:
- A figure skater who overcame performance anxiety and finished 1st place for the first time in her life.
- A tennis player who wasn’t able to stay focused, wasn’t motived to win and had low competitive drive. She is now consistent on her serve and is winning games and staying focused and on track.
